Breakfast: egg/bacon muffin with olives, mushrooms, spinach, tomato, and yellow peppers; glass of apple juice
Lunch: grapes; chicken salad
Dinner: cod with ginger and cilantro, cinnamon dusted carrots, grapes, a few nut clusters
While making tomorrow's lunch I ate a large handful of frozen corn, 2 deviled eggs, and a corn muffin with peas in it.
